Balsamic Green Beans


equipment needed: medium skillet, spatula, stove top
serves: 2-4, depending on how much you “serve”
time: 20-25 minutes


  • 4 handfuls fresh green beansIMG_6287-1
  • 1 – 3 tablespoons of balsamic glaze (for individual taste preference)
    • you can use balsamic vinegar if you don’t have a glaze or don’t want to make it
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  • trim and wash green beans
  • in a large skillet, add the olive oil and green beans
  • sautee on medium heat for 10 to 15 minutes, stirring frequently
  • add balsamic 1 tablespoon at a time until you reach your taste preference
  • simmer for another few minutes, serve warm
